CASE STUDY

ADCB

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is a premier bank in the UAE, widely recognised for its diverse services. ADCB includes retail banking, wealth management, private banking, corporate banking, commercial banking, cash management, investment banking, and corporate finance.

ADCB is committed to a client-centric approach, aiming to create an inclusive platform for both online users and those in physical branches. They aimed to redesign their website for seamless accessibility and upgrade their offices per ‘people of determination’ directives.

The Brief

As part of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s policy for people of determination, ADCB enlisted our team at Five7T to rewrite their website content. They also required an “accessibility tool” to enable easy access to relevant information for people of determination. The language needed to be clear, concise, and responsive.

Scope of Project

Web Design and Development

Our contribution to this noble cause was achieved seamlessly and adeptly.

The Challenges

With ADCB’s website receiving 1.5 million monthly visits, we at Five7T had to implement accessibility tools without disrupting the user experience. The changes involved adjusting colours, font sizes, and spacing. Additionally, we had to install PoD-compliant signage and demonstrations, ensuring they were simple, self-explanatory, and policy-compliant.

The Outcome

Working closely with ADCB, we ensured the website was practical and met all their needs. The redesigned site included an accessibility tool with text-to-voice, text style, and colour features. We also installed multiple PoD-compliant signs and informational graphics in their office.

Five7T successfully executed the project, aligning the changes with ADCB’s brand guidelines and message.
