NAFFCO

NAFFCO is a company specialising in manufacturing and distributing fire safety equipment to clients throughout the Middle East and India. Based in Dubai, NAFFCO is committed to providing high-quality safety products, ranging from firefighting equipment and fire protection systems to addressable emergency and security systems.

With over 10,000 employees, including 500 engineers, and extensive manufacturing facilities, NAFFCO exports to more than 100 countries worldwide, supplying fully certified and approved products. Operating predominantly in the B2B market, their core audience comprises developers, architects, and building project managers.

The Brief

NAFFCO approached Five7T with several requests to build their brand’s reputation. They needed a website that would fit their professional and corporate brand image while providing easy access to their products for their audience.

Additionally, they required our marketing expertise to help position the company as an authority across the MENA region. We worked closely with the NAFFCO team from start to finish, overcoming numerous challenges with clever and innovative solutions. The Challenges

Web Design

Five7T undertook to build a fully bespoke website with a customised content management system. The task was to ensure all NAFFCO’s products were displayed less than three levels deep, a feat that required meticulous planning and execution. Additionally, the website needed to accurately represent the company’s corporate brand and the scale of the business, a challenge we met with innovative design solutions.

SEO

Despite NAFFCO’s authority and size, the company had minimal search ranking. We took on the challenge of making NAFFCO the number one source of fire safety equipment in the Middle East. Given their almost non-existent search ranking, this was a daunting task. However, with our strategic SEO campaign, we managed to significantly improve their search ranking, instilling confidence in our capabilities.

PPC

The PPC campaign faced similar issues, as NAFFCO had minimal search ranking. Dramatically improving the PPC performance was essential to providing the company with the clout needed to become an industry leader.

Dynamic Reporting System

The biggest challenge was introducing a dynamic reporting system that the client could be trained to interact with. This system needed real-time access to an online dashboard displaying metrics such as search terms, number of clicks, average position, cost, and average CPC. The dashboard had to be customisable, allowing the client to switch around and switch out modules to create a personalised dashboard.

With these challenges in mind, our team devised solutions to overcome these obstacles and deliver on each service.

The Outcome

Web Design

We built a mega menu with three levels for each product to address the main challenge. Our team worked closely with NAFFCO to develop a professional design representing their corporate image in the best possible light. Details of multiple prestigious projects were added to the site, giving a far better impression of the company’s size. These were all collated into a ‘Projects’ page. Our web designers also incorporated three feed systems, news and events pages, and a blog.

SEO

The SEO campaign aimed to establish NAFFCO as the leading source of fire safety equipment and information in the Middle East. Our strategy included content marketing and on-page optimisation, targeting specific keywords such as ‘fire safety’ and ‘firefighting equipment’ across various territories, including UAE, Oman, Egypt, India, Kuwait, and Qatar. After just one year, we managed to rank NAFFCO on page one of Google for over 100 keywords.

PPC

Together with NAFFCO’s SEO campaign, our PPC team executed a campaign designed to increase the company’s exposure in various countries and territories. We targeted the exact keywords for the PPC and SEO campaigns. Our PPC specialists built over 100 advert groups and used features such as detailed geo-tracking to achieve the desired results. This was boosted using full conversion tracking for calls and forms. Both the SEO and PPC teams liaised with one another throughout the project, ensuring a successful marketing campaign for the client.
