The Customer acknowledges that they will only use the Service for lawful purposes. The Customer shall not use the service to receive or transmit material that violates any law or regulation. This includes violations due to spamming or bulk email activity, for which Five 7T can and will pursue legal action.
The customer shall take reasonable precautions to prevent the reception and transmission of viruses to the Five 7T network and beyond. The Customer shall not attempt to intentionally or maliciously damage the Five 7T network or use the service to affect other computers.
The customer keeps all usernames and passwords secure. They do not allow third parties to know or have access to these credentials, and they do not store them on any computer in plain text or an easily accessible format.
If a username or password becomes known to a third party, the customer must notify Five 7T immediately by telephone or email.
The customer indemnifies Five 7T or its trading concerns against any action a third party takes due to the customer’s use of the service.
The customer shall notify Five 7T of any action taken against them by a third party and will not hold Five 7T liable for any resulting costs.
The customer is responsible and liable for any costs incurred by telephone companies when using the service from their point of connection.
The customer acknowledges that Five 7T cannot control the content of information passed across the internet and via the serSvice.
The customer agrees to conform to the acceptable policies of connecting to other networks or computers across the Internet.
