SEAK Global is a digital security company that prioritises the safety of others through technologically advanced services. They provide personal safety and security risk management to a diverse clientele, including families, governments, corporations, and individuals.
With a team comprising former Special Forces personnel, police, and security specialists, SEAK Global has extensive experience in the field. SEAK stands for Surveillance, Economic, and Academic Knowledge, and the company has been developing its security services for the past seven years.
The London-based company sought assistance from Five7T to improve its security platform. We were commissioned to revamp the existing system and build a B2C app that would help families always keep track of their loved ones. The goal was to ensure that users would instantly know if their family member or friend was safe, particularly when travelling alone, visiting unfamiliar places, or during emergencies.
Additionally, we were tasked with creating a website for SEAK Global that would focus on the company’s core brand while representing its diverse range of products.
As with any project involving advanced technology, several challenges arose:
App Development
Creating an app from scratch in this industry requires balancing privacy and safety. We needed to ensure the inclusion of all relevant local information, from hospitals to the nearest police station, customised based on the user’s location.
B2B Platform Redesign
SEAK Global’s B2B platform, Prism, needed to be redesigned to accommodate companies wanting to keep their employees safe while travelling. Ensuring the tracking technology worked across multiple devices, including phones, ships, aircraft, and other vehicles.
Website Design
The website needed to present all relevant information that reflected SEAK Global’s core values. Developing an innovative design that encapsulated SEAK Global’s essence was essential.

Safe App
We have developed an easy-to-use app that allows users to inform their loved ones of their safety. This app is crucial during emergencies such as dangerous accidents or terrorist attacks.
We have included contact information and locations for nearby hospitals, police stations, and embassies. We have also implemented security alerts, news alerts, weather information, and a duress mode with a locked screen.
Prism B2B Platform
Our team redesigned the platform to improve the tracking element, ensuring it worked across various devices, including employee phones and vehicles.
We added a section for HR management that includes employee data and journey information, enabling control of company processes during emergencies.
Website
We have designed a platform that represents SEAK Global’s brand and services with a sophisticated and modern design.
Our team created an animated website that allows users to easily understand SEAK Global’s services and how they can help. We ensured the menu was clear and concise to create a great user experience and made the website fully mobile and tablet responsive.
